Delivery Information

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment.

All orders with a United Kingdom address will be sent out by 1st Class Recorded Delivery, via Royal Mail. Your order should be delivered within 1- 2 days of dispatch. Royal Mail requires a signature upon delivery.

There is a standard delivery charge of just £2.75 per order, however for all orders over £50, delivery is FREE!


European Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment.

All orders from within the EU will be sent out using the 'International Signed For' service, via Royal Mail. Your order should be delivered within 3- 5 days of dispatch. Royal Mail requires a signature upon delivery.

There is a standard delivery charge of £5.75 per order, however for all orders over £75, delivery is FREE!

Missing Delivery

For standard delivery, please allow a total of 5 working days (from the date of placing your order) for your order to arrive. In the unlikely event that your delivery should go missing, you must notify us within 14 days of the items being dispatched (and receiving the dispatched email). Should we not receive notification within 14 days of a missing delivery, we cannot guarantee to deal with any claim.
