Beach Beau Returns Policy

Beach Beau will provide a refund for items returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the items being unworn, unwashed, with all labels and packaging intact (including the hygiene strip where applicable).

You may return items to us without giving us prior notification. In this case please complete the returns note enclosed with your order, ensuring that you include your order reference and name. If you would like a replacement item in a different size, please request this on the returns note.

Neither replacement items nor refunds will be provided unless a returned product is received by us in new condition as stated above. It is your responsibility as the consumer to insure returned items against loss. Any subsequent claim for a returned item that has gone astray whilst being returned must be pursued by you with the courier company that you have used to return the item to us.

Cash Refund: We will refund the cost of the items only. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us (we recommend using recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery)**.

Exchange: You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us (we recommend using recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery)**. Should the cost of exchanged goods be lower, we will refund the difference, and new items will be sent within 2- 3 working days of return. If the cost of exchanged goods should be greater we would need authorisation to take payment from your card or alternative payment.

Faulty: In the case of items returned to us being either faulty or wrongly delivered, we will refund the cost of postage to return those items to us.



Refunds will be provided with 7 days of receipt of a returned item. You will receive confirmation via email that the refund has been processed.
